I Care . . . Ambassadors – Learning and Development Workshops

Skills for Care have commissioned six regional learning and development workshops for

I Care …Ambassadors.

They will provide a relaxed and welcoming environment for ambassadors to connect with each other.  The aim of the workshops is to support new and experienced ambassadors to enhance their skills, knowledge and confidence to maximise the impact of their interactions with those who are undecided about their future career direction.

This event is taking place in the Main Hall of Pleckgate High School on Sunday 16th February 2014 at 1.30pm when Forced Marriage survivors will share their experience; Islamic scholars will talk about respect within the family and advice on support services will also be available.
