The Local Safeguarding Adults Boards across Lancashire have been made aware of the increase in financial abuse, particularly of those who are vulnerable or those who are most at risk as they are unable to protect themselves.
We know financial abuse can have a devastating impact on victims, many of whom may not be aware they are being abused or know how to stop it.
